At any time evening or day, during a very stressful loan process to lock down the best rate, Austin was a constant calming presence and helped every step of the way. I could not imagine buying this home, at this price point, and in this market w/o him. Not only did Austin successfully help my buy a new home, Austin also sold my Pac Heights condo in SF. Austin helped streamline our timeline, renovation plan, and ultimate strategy to list. Austin even more so flexed his creative skills by launching various online and social media marketing efforts, that really set us apart from other listings, especially during a freak shutdown of MLS. Austin strategically lined up staging efforts, open houses, virtual walk throughs, Youtube videos, and social media links that brought in lines of buyers. We were able to sell our Apt in under 30 days, during a time where most listings are significantly reducing their asking price or taking their listings down.
