Prior to meeting Austin, we had been unsuccessfully searching for a new home in Marin for over a year and were at a loss. During that time period, we had lost many homes due to other buyers getting to the target home prior to us or losing out during the offer phase by small margins; we were beyond exhausted. After meeting Austin, it was a night and day experience- he was focused on hearing what our criteria was vs pushing what was available; he focused on the "clients" needs to truly gear his efforts to meet and exceed expectations. Austin would not wait for me to send "likes" on an app, rather he was constantly hustling and sending any and all potential hits he found.
