Not to mention comparatively great weather and being near some incredible new developments in the City. And even though it has incredible amenities and a great school system, real estate in Fairfax CA is among the most affordable Marin County real estate. 

Kentfield is a small, beautiful town nestled into the most charming woodsy setting in Marin County California. Although there's not much shopping or dining destinations in the area, its steps to the best shopping and dining in all of Marin in the neighboring towns of Corte Madera and Larkspur, and Kentfield has an abundance of outdoor activities available for visitors and residents. In this video, I break down the pros and cons of living in Kentfield Marin County, including what day-to-day life is like there and how much homes cost in Kentfield. 

Corte Madera is not a large town but it packs big city amenities like two of Marin County's largest shopping malls, great food, and a number of parks and outdoor spaces perfect for raising. And on top of all those amenities its surprisingly one of the more affordable neighborhoods in Marin County. In this video, I give you a tour of Corte Madera and break down what its like to live there and how much homes in Corte Madera cost. 

Jordan Park is one of eight "master planned" communities in San Francisco that were designed to live like residence parks in an otherwise urban environment. Jordan Park is unique among San Francisco neighborhoods because of the extra-wide streets and set back homes, and absolutely stunning architecture. And in this video, I break down what its like to live in Jordan Park and how much homes cost in Jordan Park.

Belvedere is consistently one of the most expensive and exclusive places to live in Marin County California. But the price tag gets you incredible views of the San Francisco skyline, Golden Gate Bridge, San Francisco Bay, and Angel Island, and some of Marin County's best weather and boating. If you're thinking about visiting Marin County or relocating there and have the budget, Belvedere is a beautiful place to live and definitely worth considering. The town of Tiburon in Marin County California is a yacht lover's paradise. From waterfront homes with private docks and hillside homes with stunning views of San Francisco, the Golden Gate Bridge, and San Francisco Bay, to the most quaint, charming downtown restaurant and shopping area, Tiburon has something for everyone. San Anselmo is one of Marin County's most family friendly neighborhoods with incredible schools, plenty of open green spaces, and beautiful homes on large lots perfect for indoor-outdoor living under the year-round perfect weather. In this video, I do a deep dive into the town of San Anselmo Marin County, including what day-to-day life is like there and how much it costs to live in San Anselmo.

The second largest by area and Marin's most populated city, San Rafael offers the best of both urban and suburban living, at a more affordable price point. Consistently one of Marin's most affordable neighborhoods with an array of food, dining and outdoor activities, its definitely worth checking out!

Sausalito is one of Marin County's most beautiful neighborhoods. Just north of the Golden Gate Bridge, living in Sausalito provides incredible Bay Views and waterfront homes and parks, and one of Marin County's busiest downtown areas. Life in Sausalito also has some negatives, however. And in this video, I break down all things Sausalito, including what its like to live there and how much it costs. 

Mill Valley is one of Marin County California's most popular destinations for residents and visitors; it has some of Marin's best restaurants and shopping scenes, and is nestled among the most beautiful forests in California, providing incredible outdoor activities and a serene atmosphere.
